Starting with the Helium project, Nik Hawks was the 2021 Community Member of the Year in Helium and continues to sit on the board of the Helium Foundation’s Manufacturing Compliance Committee.
Max Gold developed one of the largest fleet of high performing Helium IoT miners in the world and contributed heavily to improving HIPs surrounding token economics and healthy growth. He sits on multiple working groups for the Helium Foundation, helping guide subDAOs as they mature.
In addition to working with and in the Helium space, we have run multiple DePIN panels, led Fleet Day presentations for Hivemapper, wrote the proposal for GEODNET staking, and contributed to the Anode Labs whitepaper.
On the opposite side, we have been an early warning system for failing projects in the space, most notably Pollen.
We are widely regarded as the leading consulting firm in the DePIN space.
Outside of blockchain, between us we’ve worked for and with a wide range of companies, from gas & oil to Red Bull to crazy one-off assessments in Central America.
Our expertise is making sure the token incentives for a project are correctly set up to promote healthy growth of the network, along with telling the story of the project so that anyone in the community, from VC to deployer, can understand the project goal and how they can fit in and benefit from participating.
